Baajee Terms & Conditions — What Members Have the Right to Know

Baajee (baajee.bet) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Baajee and its members. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of its services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• Each individual may create one account only — multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or within the same household are not permitted.
• The name, date of birth, and identity details provided at registration must match your national ID exactly.
• Baajee may request a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. Allowing any other person to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Baajee currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. All transactions must be made from a mobile banking number registered in the member's own name.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT. Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT. Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete.
• Third-party deposits or withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of our anti-money laundering policy.
• Baajee does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, though charges from your mobile banking provider may apply.

Prior to processing withdrawals, Baajee reserves the right to verify transactions as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) process. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for investigation.

Baajee offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant bonus page. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time frame — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• The welcome bonus applies only to a new member's first deposit and may only be claimed once.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 15–30x the bonus amount).
• Any attempt to collect bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonus benefits are for personal use only — they cannot be transferred to another person.
• Baajee reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus, though this will not apply to bets already in progress.

All betting activity on Baajee is governed by specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — please review all details carefully before placing a bet.

• Sufficient account balance is required for a bet to be accepted.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Baajee reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets on that event will be refunded, subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport.
• Odds in live betting change continuously. Always check the latest odds before confirming your bet.
• Both Single Bets and Accumulator bets are available.
• Maximum winnings are set separately for each sport and event.

Baajee reserves the right to review any bet where a suspicious betting pattern is detected. Payment may be temporarily delayed until such a review is completed.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on Baajee. If detected, your account may be closed immediately, your funds forfeited, and legal action may be taken:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting bonus arbitrage or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to introduce hacking tools, viruses, or malicious code into the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or staff.

Baajee may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Creating an account using a false or fraudulent identity.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• When required by legal authorities or for the purposes of an investigation.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please settle all active bets and withdraw your remaining balance.

Baajee believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• Tools are available to set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits.
• Members have the option to take a temporary or permanent break from the platform (Self-Exclusion).
• If signs of addiction are identified, Baajee's support team is available to help.
• Any account identified as belonging to a user under 18 will be actioned immediately.
